The difference

How it works

STEP 1

Pick role and task

Choose who you are and what you’re trying to produce. The task list adapts to your role.

STEP 2

Answer smart context

We ask the three or four things that actually change the output — cycle length, framework, tone, jurisdiction.

STEP 3

Copy your prompt

Out comes a clean, structured prompt. Paste it into any AI you already use. Done.

Why HR Prompts

There are 5,000 generic “AI prompt” sites. None of them speak HR.

Built by HR, for HR

Templates from a 20-year CHRO — real frameworks: OKR, 9-box, calibration, tone of voice, jurisdiction-aware terminations. Not “act as an HR expert” generics.

Works with the AI you already use

Output is a clean, copy-paste prompt. Run it in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. No new tool to learn, no extra subscription.

Private by default

Upload your competency framework, tone of voice, internal policies. They stay in your workspace. We never use your data to train models.

03

FAQ

Will this replace ChatGPT for me?

No. HR Prompts writes the prompt. You run it in whichever AI you prefer — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot. Think of us as the missing manual.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Files you upload — competency frameworks, tone of voice, internal policies — stay in your workspace and are private to your account. We never use your data to train AI models, and we never sell or share it.

When does it launch?

We’re collecting early-access signups now. The first 100 people on the list get free lifetime access to the core library and see the product before everyone else.

How much will it cost?

There will be a free tier (5 prompts per month). Paid is planned at €9–19 / month for unlimited prompts, file uploads and history. Early-access members get a one-time lifetime deal we won’t repeat.

Who’s behind this?

An HR practitioner with 20+ years across global organizations (CHRO, GPHR-certified). We don’t sell HR consulting — we sell the playbooks, in prompt form.
